The Iranian government places significant emphasis on developing plans and policies aimed at maximizing the benefits of ICT for the populace. A prime example of this growth is the successful design, construction, and launch of satellites, which exemplifies the national technological and scientific advancements of the country.

Space technology is increasingly recognized as a vital tool for enhancing prosperity, peace, and scientific-cultural development, as well as fostering economic progress in societies worldwide. Different nations utilize this technology based on their unique capacities, capabilities, and efforts.

In terms of education and expertise, Iran boasts 13 universities and a research institute affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology that offer aerospace majors. This positions Iran as a leading country in the region, with a robust capability to train specialists and experts in the aerospace sector.

Furthermore, access to telecommunication services in rural areas has significantly improved. The number of villages with access to communication services has risen dramatically, now reaching 52,182, which accounts for approximately 93 percent of all villages.
