Kharrazi advocated for a coalition among Iran, Iraq, and Gulf states to enhance security and economic cooperation, free from foreign interference. He highlighted the importance of collaboration in energy, science, culture, and military coordination, stating that the region’s future relies on stronger partnerships, with Iran ready for extensive cooperation.
