Major Drug Bust: Police Confiscate Over 11 Tons of Narcotics in Southeast Region Since March
In the ongoing battle against narcotics, the Iranian anti-narcotics police have made significant strides, seizing a staggering 11.859 tons of narcotics in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan since the start of the current Iranian year on March 21. According to Ahmad Ali Goudarzi, the commander of border guards, various types of illicit drugs have been confiscated during this period, including:

Additionally, the police have arrested 253 drug dealers and reported the unfortunate deaths of eleven individuals during these operations.
