The 17th Iranian Ethnic Culture Festival is set to take place in Gorgan from November 16 to 18, 2023. This segment will include cultural nights featuring performances from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
