In the latest January edition of the Webometrics world ranking, a total of 64 medical universities from Iran have made their mark, showcasing their academic prowess and contributions to the global educational landscape. Among these esteemed institutions, the University of Tehran and Tehran University of Medical Sciences stand out, securing spots within the top 500 universities worldwide.
This year’s ranking positions the University of Tehran at 335, while Tehran University of Medical Sciences follows closely at 468. Other notable Iranian medical universities include:
