In a remarkable display of talent and innovation, Iranian students have clinched first and second places in the inventions and innovative technologies category at the prestigious TEKNOFEST competition. This event highlights the burgeoning capabilities of Iranian youth in fields such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and technological advancements.

Hosted in Istanbul, Turkey, from September 17 to 21, TEKNOFEST aimed to encourage participants to enhance their skills in robotics, electronics, and coding, while designing robots for specific tasks. This competition serves as a platform for aspiring innovators to showcase their creations and push the boundaries of technology.

The Iranian team, which included talented individuals such as Kian Karbalei, Mehrtash Razgordani, Artin Islampanah, Seyyed Amir-Homan Tabatabei-nejad, Samyar Reza-Soltani, Ardin Khanalizadeh, Mohammad Reivandi, and Mehdi Reivandi, represented the nation with pride and skill. TEKNOFEST opened its doors to a diverse range of participants, allowing middle school, high school, university, and postgraduate students (bachelor’s, associate’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees) studying both in Turkey and abroad to join the competition.
