Key discussions included resource sharing, researcher exchanges, and joint workshops. Amirkhani highlighted the distribution of the “Shahnameh” in Tajikistan, which aims to promote Persian culture and patriotism, with 3.4 million copies planned. Zohidi proposed further collaboration in librarianship and cultural initiatives, including a commemoration of Tajikistan’s national poet, Sadriddin Ayni. Overall, the meeting marked a significant step towards strengthening bilateral cultural ties between Iran and Tajikistan.
