She stressed that without adequate resources, Iran cannot enhance its emissions reduction commitments. Torabi called for strengthening early warning systems and protecting water resources while condemning unilateral coercive measures that hinder access to financial resources. Meanwhile, Shina Ansari discussed Iran’s climate initiatives with international officials, highlighting efforts in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and enhancing renewable energy, despite facing sanctions.
