According to Mohammad Moazzeni, the chancellor of Shiraz University, two groups of students have already traveled to Russia, while Russian students are scheduled to participate in educational courses at Shiraz University this spring. In July 2024, Shiraz University and St. Petersburg University solidified their partnership by signing 12 memorandums of understanding (MOUs). These agreements focus on:

  • Offering winter schools for Russian students
