This initiative, framed as a humanitarian breakthrough, appears to serve a dual purpose: while it seeks to facilitate a ceasefire, its underlying intention is to disarm Palestinian resistance groups, thereby altering the conflict landscape in Israel’s favor. The proposal has drawn significant attention and criticism for being heavily biased toward Israeli interests.
