Iran’s Judiciary Chief Sounds Alarm on Enemy Schemes Threatening National Security

In a recent address, Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei highlighted the ongoing threats to national security posed by external adversaries. He underscored the importance of unity and vigilance among citizens in the face of these challenges.

During a ceremony on Monday, Mohseni-Ejei stated, “Currently, the enemy is making significant efforts to undermine the values of our youth and is persistently spreading the idea that the Resistance Front has been defeated. However, the victory of truth and the Resistance Front is now closer than ever before.”

He further elaborated on the current geopolitical landscape, particularly in relation to the Zionist regime and their allies:

  • Before the Al-Aqsa Storm Operation, the Zionists aimed to enhance their damaged reputation and sought normalization with several Arab nations.
  • However, they have now become the most despised entity both regionally and globally.

Mohseni-Ejei condemned the actions of the Zionists, stating that they have perpetrated crimes and genocide in Gaza for 15 months. He noted, “Yet, they not only failed to occupy the Palestinian territory but also could not achieve any of their sinister goals.”

He stressed the necessity of remaining alert to the enemy’s strategies aimed at fostering insecurity and division within Iran. “We must recognize the enemy’s plots to undermine security and appreciate the sacrifices made by our intelligence and security forces,” he emphasized.

This warning follows a tragic incident two days prior, where two Supreme Court judges were assassinated in Tehran. A gunman infiltrated the tribunal building and opened fire, ultimately taking his own life after the attack.
