The Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art (TMoCA) will host a historic exhibition dedicated to Pablo Picasso, featuring over 60 works from various stages of his career, including 26 aquatint prints from “La Tauromaquia,” displayed in Iran for the first time. Nasser Masoudi, a legendary figure in Iranian folk music, particularly from Gilan, has died at 90 after a prolonged illness. His son announced the news, expressing deep sorrow. Born in 1935 in Rasht, Masoudi became a prominent singer, honing his skills under maestro Ali Akbar Khan Shahnazi. He joined Radio Gilan in 1956, recording over 500 songs, including more than 250 Gilaki folk songs, which cemented his cultural icon status.
