Turkey Unleashes Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and 36 Others: A Major Political Shake-Up!

Israeli officials, including Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir, and Navy Commander David Saar Salama, are facing serious allegations of genocide and crimes against humanity in Gaza. According to a recent statement from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation has concluded that Israeli state officials are criminally responsible for “systematic acts of genocide and crimes against humanity” in Gaza. “Today, we have filed a new complaint regarding the killing of 5-year-old Hind Rajab, the bombing of the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital, and the crimes committed against activists of the Global Sumud Fleet,” said Şamlı, emphasizing the continuous nature of these violations.

Şamlı stressed that Israel persists in its actions despite rulings from the U.N., the ICC, and the International Court of Justice. He pointed out that under Turkish law, genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes fall within the jurisdiction of Turkish courts, which carry no statute of limitations.
