Pezeshkian Champions National Unity and Fair Governance to Counteract Enemy Schemes

In a recent statement, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized the importance of serving the nation with sincerity to counter the enemy’s attempts to create discord within Iran. His remarks highlight a commitment to national unity and fairness.

During a joint meeting with the heads of the three branches of government on Monday, Pezeshkian stated, “We are servants of all the people of Iran.” He stressed the need for equitable treatment of citizens, saying, “I believe that we must serve all the people, treat them with justice and fairness, and strive to avoid any form of discrimination against anyone.” The president further noted that if the populace is treated fairly, they will remain loyal to the government.

Pezeshkian warned of external threats aiming to create division and instability in the country. He stated, “The enemy is seeking to sow division and discord within Iran to destabilize the country.” The president urged that all efforts should focus on maintaining unity and cohesion to thwart these malicious plans.

He elaborated, saying, “When the enemies see an opportunity—including divisions and discord—they take advantage of the situation and strike.” This highlights the importance of vigilance and solidarity among citizens.

Pezeshkian emphasized the collective responsibility of officials in addressing the people’s issues: “The key indicator we must focus on is recognizing that we are all responsible for solving the people’s problems.” He added that when they fall short, it is crucial to communicate openly with the public and approach them with an attitude of apology.

Since taking office in late July last year, Pezeshkian has consistently advocated for national consensus as a primary strategy to tackle the country’s pressing challenges. He believes that collaboration among all societal groups is essential for effectively resolving these issues.
