Iran Seeks Positive Engagement with EU, Says Araghchi

In recent developments, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has expressed optimism regarding the potential for constructive interactions between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the European Union. During a late-night telephone conversation on Wednesday, Araghchi spoke with his Polish counterpart, Radoslaw Sikorski, covering a range of important topics, including:

Araghchi congratulated Poland on assuming the six-month rotating presidency of the Council of the European Union, expressing his hope for improved cooperation between Iran and the EU during this leadership period.
