In a recent diplomatic engagement, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the importance of strengthening ties with Japan. This initiative aligns with the ongoing efforts to enhance bilateral relations between the two nations.

During a meeting with Japan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Namazu Hiroyuki, who is in Iran for the 33rd Iran-Japan Vice-Ministerial Consultation, Araqchi expressed Iran’s welcoming stance towards the expansion of ties with Japan.
